She is a graduate of Rawalpindi Medical College and then proud to serve Army Medical Corp for about 9 years as a General Duty Medical Officer providing health care services in different areas of the country. Dr Ayesha did her MHPE from Riphah International University, Rawalpindi, has 16 publications so far, and many are under process in different HEC recognized journals of the country. She also attended several workshops, national and international conferences on Medical Education and contributed to academic research & development at Margalla Institute of Health Sciences Rawalpindi for four years and presently at Cmh Lmc & Iod since September 2021. Where she had multiple roles as supervisor of undergraduate research program, along with organizing and managing curriculum, faculty development programs of the institute, conducting CPCs, internal reviews, conducting national and international review visits, part of mentorship program, orientation and counselling sessions of undergraduate students. She has dual experience of working in dental institute as well as medical college. Her areas of interests are faculty development, curriculum management, program evaluation and undergraduate research along with commitment to personal professional development plan.
